How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

   All orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+01:00) will be shipped the same day. Domestic packages (Sweden) normally take no more than 3 workdays to deliver. Packages sent within the EU will take about 5 working days to deliver. Allow up to 10 workdays for all other international deliveries. 


How much will my shipping cost?

   The cost of your freight is based on the weight of your package. You can see the actual cost when you are in the “check out” area, before you complete your order. Free shipping for all orders exceeding 1000,00 Sek and within Sweden.  


How can I pay my order?

We accept the following payment methods:·        
  1. COD (cash on delivery)
  2.   Factoring
  3.   Credit Card
  4.   Internet Banking
  5. Payson
 * International customers (Norway excluded) may only choose Payson as payment method. You will be able to pay with your Credit Card.   

 

Is it safe to pay with Credit Card on your site?

   Swefox Sweden guaranties that all critical information such as credit card numbers are processed through highly secured SSL-encrypted communication. Your credit card information is never stored with us but sent directly transferred to the processing bank.   


Can I try out the products I have received?

  You may naturally try out or examine the products you have received, but please do not remove/destroy original packing, remove label tags or use the product, if you do not wish to keep it. Please note that products can get damaged if exposed to smoke, pet fur/hair, makeup, pollution etc. Damaged products cannot be refunded.   

 

What should I do if I do not wish to keep a product I have received?

   We allow up to 14 days refund/exchange policy, according to guidelines and regulations set by The Swedish Consumer Agency and OECD for distance/online shopping. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, simply return them to us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. If you already have paid for the products you have returned, your money will be deposited to a bank account of your own choice within 3 workdays. However, the freight costs for returning the products are covered by the costumers themselves. Please notice that some products such as underwear and bras are not covered by our 14 days refund policy (because of hygienic reasons).  

 

The product I have received is damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

  In case you discover your product Is damaged upon arrival, please contact us via E-mail or phone within 3 days of receiving your package. We will replace the damaged item and cover all freight costs.   

 

 Do I have to open an account to be able to order?

 

  No. It is not necessary to register to place an order. But if you register an account, you do not have to enter your information again the next time you shop. You will also be able to follow your delivery status with a few simple clicks.

Our team at Swefox would like to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and safe as possible. Please read the following terms and conditions of use and make sure you fully understand them.By placing an order on our site, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. 

 

General Information

These Conditions will apply between you and Swefox Sverige every time you place an order with us. These terms and conditions of use are subject to change without prior notification.

 

* You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

 

* You agree to provide Swefox Sverige with only true details about yourself when placing an order with us.

 

* You warrant that the credit card you are using for your payments is lawfully your own.   


Delivery 

 * All orders placed before 15:00 will ship the same day. Normally, it takes between 1-3 weekdays to deliver your orders. Allow up to 5 days for deliveries within the EU and up to 10 days for all other international deliveries.

 

* After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us including information about your order, prices and delivery notes. Please read your confirmation e-mail carefully and contact us immediately if you find the information is incorrect.

 

* Customers who do not claim their package will be charged with 300 SEK to cover our shipping and handling fees.  

 
Payments  

 * We have several payment methods for you to choose from and accept all major credit cards.  

 

Guaranties, Warranties and Refunds

 * We allow up to 14 days refund/exchange policy. To return the item you do not wish to keep back to us for a full refund, simply notify us by e-mail and we will provide you with details on how and where to send your returns. . The items must be in their original packaging, shape, condition and unused. All return/shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 * For understandable reasons, our 14 days full refund policy does not apply to our underwear collection, because of hygienic reasons. Therefore, make sure you have chosen the right size!

 * Shipping costs for returning or exchanges are covered by the costumers themselves.

 * If necessary, Swefox will provide the costumer with packages for returning items to us, free of charge.

 * If you find that any item in your order is damaged or defective, you must notify Swefox Sverige within 3 days of receiving you package. Further instructions will be sent to you on how to process the return of your damaged product.

 * Fees for COD deliveries or other payment or delivery fees are not refunded when returning items to us.

 * All returned items must be in their original condition. Used, dirty, perfumed items or items exposed to smoke or other pollution will not be refunded if returned to us. They will be sent back and the sender will be charged for all shipping fees.

 * Unclaimed packages do not count as refunds and the costumer responsible will be charged 300 SEK to cover our shipping and handling fees. 

 

Security & Privacy 

 Your credit card information is never stored with us at Swefox Sverige. We will never ask you for your credit card information via telephone or e-mail. if you receive any such unsolicited call/e-mail, please do not share your information and contact us immediately. None of the information you give us will be shared with a third party. We will never send you any news or offers via e-mail or phone, unless you want us to.   


Liability  

* We cannot be held liable for any errors or misspellings on our website. If any error affects your order, you will be notified immediately.
